Former reality TV candidate Kim Glow sentenced for complicity in malicious calls in Toulon

Kim Glow – her pseudonym – was sentenced to 60 day-fines of 80 euros, or 4,800 euros to be paid within two months, for having called on her community to saturate the switchboard of a delivery company based in La Crau with calls. .

The court acquitted her for the offense of insult due to prescription: the facts date back to July 17, 2018.

La Varoise – who participated in the broadcasts Angels and The people of Marseilles – had not appreciated the service provided by this carrier. “The couch (which she ordered) was broken, it was not unpacked, not installed…”she explained.

And to attack a company switchboard operator: “She kept telling me ‘you signed the delivery note so it’s compliant’…”

“She can have the gift of annoying”

“Everyone has this kind of hassle in everyday life, it’s your reaction that is not appropriate”observed the presiding judge.

“It’s true that I told my community so that it wouldn’t happen again”replied “the influencer” followed by more than a million people on her social networks. “You used your notoriety as if you were above the lot”castigated the prosecutor.

“Sometimes she can have the gift of annoying, that’s why we hired her on reality TV sets”relativized his lawyer, Mr.e Hervé Lefort, in reference to the behavior of his client in front of the investigators. And to minimize the scope of the infringement: “About forty calls is nothing at all for [une entreprise de cette envergure].”

Kim Glow, 37, had refused the alternatives to the prosecution offered by the Toulon prosecution (criminal composition, “plead-guilty”) which therefore ended up seizing the criminal court.
