In recent days, several users seem to be complaining about the Payconiq by Bancontact mobile payment application.
For several years, mobile payment has become a payment method used by many people. Especially since the last health crisis, where payments via smartphone exploded. One of the most used apps, Payconiq, seems to have some technical issues especially for iPhone users.
Indeed, users of the application have been leaving negative comments for several days on the ratings and reviews of the application on the Apple Store. These reactions report serious technical problems that would prevent users from using the application. According to the comments left, the latest version of iOS 15.6.1 would prevent the app from working properly.
If the problem turns out to be real, it would impact thousands of potential users. In summary, several thousand payments could be pending for a few days.
