Anna Astrid is 6 years old and the last photo we had of her was taken when her brother was born in 2019. As for Maximilian, he had never been photographed in public since his birth. Anna Astrid took on the role of child of honor, along with Maria-Thereza Droste zu Vischering von Nesselrode, Aurora and Eulalia Peters. Maximilan was one of the little pages at his aunt’s wedding. He was helped by Alvaro d’Orléans-Bourbon, a little older who held him by the hand.

Prince Amedeo is the dynastic heir of his father, Archduke Lorenz, son of Archduke Rudolf and grandson of Emperor Charles 1 of Austria. Rudolph inherited the dynastic branch of the rulers of Modena. As such, Lorenz is the current pretender to the throne of the Duchy of Modena, which until 1859 was occupied by a sovereign from the Austrian imperial family. Amedeo is the crown prince of the duchy and his son Maximilian is his heir. Amedeo has already inherited another professional title from his father. The eldest grandson of King Albert II succeeded his father at the head of the Swiss bank Gutzwiller. Since 2021, Amedeo has become managing partner of Banque Gutzwiller and his father stepped aside, remaining a limited partner.
